I have a signed contract indicating that I prepaid for 3 massages and did NOT sign up for a membership program. Massage Envy billed me $75 for 8 months and refuses to cancel my "subscription" or to refund the charges.

This place is horrible! All of the good therapists never have any availability so your only option is to have a crappy one. First, I booked it online a week or so ago and then was called 2 days before and told that “I” booked it during the therapists lunch tine! Seriously?? Why would you list the time as available if she was going to be on lunch?? So of course they changed my therapist to a crappy one. I went for the massage today and it was horrible. My back was bothering me and I needed some relief. My first time here and it was very relaxing and peaceful. I feel better than I did pain wise prior to coming here. Great experience and I’ll definitely come again!

I am completely appalled by the lack of customer service, not only at this location but at the corporate office as well. I had an appointment earlier in September and was unable to make the appointment due to a family emergency. I received a call stating that I was going to be charged $100 for missing the appointment.
