Good luck getting your account cancelled. You cannot do it through any other means than in person. However, apparently that does not work either as I have been in there twice to cancel. The last time was two months ago, at that time I was told that it was most definitely cancelled. I just received a text message that I had a new session on my account. Got a massage w/ Spencer and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Very respectful and professional. Focused on the spots I asked him to. Pressure was perfect. He checked in to make sure everything felt okay throughout the massage. Will definitely go back to him.
