I had a massage for the first time and it was amazing! I had Ellen as my massage therapist and she was wonderful. Very kind and made sure I was comfortable. They also seem to have the best prices in the area :)
1st massage was great so I signed up for plan they did not disclose they only have 1 employee who does deep tissue and is rarely available even tho it was my preferred pressure. My 2nd app was canceled by them. Then the ac has been out for well over a month while I’ve still been paying and not able to go in. Talked to employee who said I would be able to cancel plan and manager would call, never did. I called and manager refused to talk to me. Very unhappy with the service and would not recommend. Not happy and need to revisit my membership (go somewhere else). Multiple times I have not been able to get an appointment because they only had 90 minute appointments available (not 60) or they only had firm pressure (not able to adjust adjust time or pressure???). Today I was called 33 minutes before my appointment and they cancelled on me. If I were to cancel I would have been charged….👎
