I was given a gift card earlier this year from a friend who is a member of Massage Envy. One gift card was for two 60 minute massages and the other gift card in the amount of $40 was for gratuity for my service. On my first appointment the young woman who checked me out redeemed the wrong card after me requesting twice she use the card expiring the first.
