Massage Envy in Pasadena is wonderful. Lin was excellent! Checked in with me on firmness. I love how Massage Envy keeps notes on what you like and have items ready and you don't have to tell them what you like and don't like!
I like the massages I've had and the different people who provided them. The place, however, feels very corporate. There are some benefits to this such as heated, adjustable height massage tables and being able to use my credits at a variety of locations even when I travel. However, the contract is not customer friendly, the website does not offer basic information like my account balance and instead is is all about up selling more products and services,. The message therapist was the best!! Location is difficult to find and parking is extremely challenging. Although, I left my home with plenty of time to arrive on time I was still late due the location and parking situation. I called the location 3 times in hopes that I could get some help with finding the location. Unfortunately, the receptionist is not familiar with the area.
