I was lied to by the Massage Envy. I spent thirty minutes giving my information and scheduling these massages I asked to transfer my massage to my 88-year-old mother. They said no problem after making sure and spending 30 minutes on the phone they said they would be transferring my massage to my mom. Well, my mom got a massage and a Facial and I was charged $302.00. A massage would be $65.00 and a facial $60.00 for a total of $125.00. Wow it cost me another $177.00 what a rip off.
