Company stole from me. I paid for massages. I'm an active member in good standing and have been for nearly 8 years. Paid their fee to transfer massages to another person. They mysteriously lost them when they changed systems. They claim there's no record of the transfer, yet can't explain the previously massages being paid by that person by credits. This is completely unacceptable and corporate supposedly is aware of what happened and has left no remedy. I am disgusted.

i wouldnt say my massage lady was bad she did well with back knots.. but seemed she was to long in areas that didnt need it most.. i live with chronic pain i am probably the most criticizing because. i felt other areas were more important .. i really needed tge pecks of my chest done from lymphedema but tgey were never touched.. like at all
I really needed to de-stress today and really looked forward to my 90 minute massage, unfortunately the massage therapist who worked on me had a rough night and could not stop yawning and making noises. She also kept trying to talk to me and I did not want to talk with her about her relatives who are hooked on meth. Very painful experience and I won’t go back to this one.

I had a wonderful experience. Stacy is a fantastic masseuse and she helped me to relax. I got the hot stone massage, so it was an 80 minute massage, and Stacy was friendly and personable and did a great job. I walked out feeling like a different person!! Thank you!
