I have seen several other reviews stating the same thing. This place is a joke-they rush thru every appointment. Take you in late & finish before your time is up. EVERY. single. time. I paid the extra $20 for 30 more minutes & got 10 minutes of it. Now that I discontinued the monthly plan because of all that- I can't get the 2 appointments I have already PAID for because they say you have to keep paying to keep your appointments. No thank you. I will not be returning to this location period. This is the second time I've went in and didn't get my hour that I paid for. My appointment was at 7:00. At 7:05 I asked the front desk I'm late going back will I receive my full hour, she said yes. Well I didn't get it. They walked me back at 7:08. Gave me 5 minutes to get undressed. The massage was excellent. But 7:54 I was told to get dressed. If I pay for an hour then give me what I paid for. I told the front desk to go ahead and freeze my account until I can cancel.
I've been a member for 18 months. I've never had any of the problems mentioned in the other reviews. The receptionists are always friendly and Sarah is simply the best!! I have my account flagged to remind them not to let me leave without scheduling my next 90 minute appointment. I'm a very satisfied customer!
Great stretch today. Helped the shoulder pain I’ve been dealing with for the past two years.

Charge your card without permission!! Didn’t sign up for a member ship and they still charged my card when I wasn’t even there! Do not recommend at all!!

this place is run by a very unexsperienced group of young people. also dishonest.
