The managers are unresponsive I was told that Nas or Gina are the managers. I attempted to cancel my automatic payments. I was told they would stop my $65 recurring payments, I have now been charged since 11-3-2019. with no call back from any manager and no hold on my account. This company is a joke and the manager is even more. I’m told her name is Gina. I filed a complaint with the front desk. They immediately called her and she answered the call and proceeded to tell the receptionist that she would get back to me in 3 to 5 business days. I called back the next day, the receptionist got a hold of her immediately and she proceeded to say that she would get back to me within a week. Are you kidding me?
