This review is for the Woodbridge NJ location. I called an hour late to reschedule my appointment because while filling out the form they send you 3-4 hours before your appointment, it asked me if I have traveled. Instead of lying, I called the office and told them that I had to reschedule because I was respecting their policies and didn't want to lie. Pathetic Customer Service, when I took the appointment, they didn’t mention while booking - I need to reach there 15 min prior to appointment for paperwork and Consultation, also they didn’t mention if we reschedule they would still charge 50% of amount.. While my husband was trying to be there on time, he reached at 5:10.. but the lady said he will only get 25 min massage due to paper work & consultation.. which can be done after massage.. she didn’t agree to it.. he cancelled the appointment and they still charged us 50% f... read more
