I’ve been a member of ME for at least 5 years, both here in NC as well as VA. At ME Mayfaire I have found the best masseuse/therapist. Jasmine is amazing. She really spends time talking to me about how I can keep myself stretched and feeling good in between sessions. I’ve had so much physical improvement since I started seeing her. Can’t wait for my next appt. 😊

I do not recommend getting a membership to ME. I have spent close to $1000, and now I am told my sessions are expired. The company will charge monthly, charge to freeze your account to “catch up”, charge to gift a session, charge for same day cancellations (even four hours in advance), and won’t allow you gift more than one session a month. It’s also difficult to schedule sessions at convenient times. There is tremendous turnover and if you call to speak to a manager, you’re told someone will call back, but they never do. I have seen tremendous improvement in my back pain since I began regular appointments at Massage Envy - Mayfaire Town Center. The therapist I see is very professional and seems genuinely concerned with my continual improvement. 5 stars all the way.
