First let me say all of the therapists I dealt with were professional and excellent at their work. I am writing to review the process and procedure when you no longer want the services. Today June 15, 2022 I went to the Massage Envy with a gift card my daughter purchased for me at Christmas 2021. The gift card was for a 60 min massage and gratuity. After my massage which was fine I gave the card to the women at the counter. She said to me that the card had 90 Dollars on it and the massage was 123.00 dollars.
