I was a full member last year and only booked with one therapist there who was great. I left because of the new management there and how rude she is to everyone. After several months, I decided I would like to give them another try and even thought about signing up for another membership. Again, with the same therapist as before. My therapists were always helpful and lovely. But the management was EXTREMELY slow to respond on 3 months' worth of invalid charges. I'll never go back.
My daughter and I received gift cards for Christmas from her husband. We both enjoyed our massages immensely. The room was clean and the masseurs were both very nice and professional.
