In the dead middle of our massage, the fire alarms went off... I have massive vertigo, it made me so sick. One of the nice lady helped me out while I covered my face from the flashing lights.. My head is still pounding The very nice gentleman that did my massage was doing a great job and he was such a kind soul. I said firm pressure, and Nelly did not let me down. She got all the spots and knots, focused on the areas i asked, and maintained firm pressure for the entire massage. Nelly did great and I would go to her again!
Horrible service. Update: Just to give an overview. I was charged $75 for an appt I made hours before set time. I was running late because of work and did advise the manager who I spoke with. I then ask if i could come a bit later and she told me they were booked ( which honestly I felt she was lying) She then charged my card $75. 5 minutes after I got off the call, I had my husband call and ask if there were any openings that same day.Guess what??
