I was experiencing terrible sciatica pain and Jason came to my rescue with a wonderful massage! I was actually able to walk upright and pain-free when I left! As for others' comments about not being able to book appointments, perhaps it was like this in the past. I've been a member for about 4 months and had no problems scheduling the 6 massages and 3 facials that I've received, many of them booked for same day appointments.
Stephanie The esthetician is amazing! She provides a great neck and shoulder massage along with the facial. She is very knowledgeable about the products and knows which facial to provide for the customers. She is very sweet and professional! My favorite person to do my facials! Only one I will book with!
I have also had issues with scheduling. I had a membership several years ago and cancelled after my contract was up due to divorce, but I never had many issues, although it was a little hard getting appointments, but nothing on the scale of what I've dealt with over the last couple months. I've tried making several appointments on several different occasions recently and they never had any. I FINALLY get one that works for my boyfriend and I, and they cancel it on me because they're understaffed. I will not return here.
The staff was extremely professional. Anthony and Michael were top notch. My mom and I enjoyed our massages.
Love this place. Very friendly people and great massage therapists.
