I purchased a year membership, paid in full on the day of purchase, as a GIFT. I have now been charged for 4 months ($280) for a membership I do not own because my card was kept on file and added to person's account the gift went to. I made it clear my intention was to make a one time purchase of this gift that was not for me and I would not have anything else to do with it. This location never has openings, like ever for the working class. I live all the way in LVL, so I can never get in. I have a membership and so far it has been the biggest mistake I have ever made getting one, because I can never use it. I pay and they do not deliver. Only reason they get a 3 out of me is due to the fact that my massages are always good, but I feel completely ripped off when it comes to getting a membership. Do not get the membership, people. AMAZING service and very relaxing.
My husband got me a gift card for my birthday last year, i was 12 weeks pregnant at the time, which was fine. it felt great. but he payed for a 60 min massage and i only got a 50 min massage cause they take your changing times before and after into your massage time..no where else i’ve ever gone has done this. Terrible business practices. Their system messes up and they still charge you. No manager calls you back. Very frustrating and not how you do business.
called to see if I could get an massage as a walk in, was told that we're using a new system & couldn't take appointments but I could come as a walk in, no problem! Drove ACROSS town only to be told, I'm sorry we have a new system & can't schedule anyone..... ummmmm I'm not scheduling I'm a walk in. Oh I'm sorry you were given the wrong info. NEVER AGAIN! I was looking for a new massage home for my weekly massage, but someone else will get my weekly business!!! I'll never darken their door step again!
