There was a lawsuit for membership fee issues and this location decided because I'm moving and canceled my membership so I didn't get charge later this month that they needed to charge me $120 for a massage even though I previously had been a member since 2009. Needless to say if I'm in a position to use one again I won't. They also like to charge you if you have to cancel the same day - but you're supposed to be okay with just any therapist they have available if your therapist decides to not come in for any reason. Katie (Katherine) does an amazing job!! She is great at checking in throughout & asking about the pressure, how I’m feeling, etc and I always feel sooo much better after her massages, I would definitely recommend!
The massage was relaxing and therapeutic. The staff was helpful and friendly.
