They changed my appointment time the day of saying they there was no masseuse working for that time. Despite me leaving a message to confirm an hour prior to the new time slot, they sold my new reservation to someone else. After I arrived they said sorry but I would need to reschedule for the next day. Poor service and they wasted my time.
