They changed my appointment time the day of saying they there was no masseuse working for that time. Despite me leaving a message to confirm an hour prior to the new time slot, they sold my new reservation to someone else. After I arrived they said sorry but I would need to reschedule for the next day. Poor service and they wasted my time.
RecommendedI have been going to Ruben all year. He’s amazing!!! My massages are always so relaxing and he focus on the right places with the perfect amount of pressure. Highly recommend him!!!
Beautiful accommodations, wonderful staff that made booking an appointment the day of possible, great incentives & the staff is not pushing clients to become members.
Had a top ten massage of my life and I've had thousands. So good!!! I be back!
