Absolutely the worst staff ever. Have been a member for over 2 years and massages are ok at best. The worst part is consistently cancelling because of employees calling in. Today I show up but they said my person was on vacation. I scheduled last week. They didn't know they were going on vacation? They also said the tried to call me but they had the wrong #. My credit card has been charged twice without my authorization. After I called to have the charge reversed, they said they would do and never did. I have to call everyday and leave numerous messages. To top it off, she still wanted to sell me on a membership package. I was called by someone else’s name three times and charged for someone else’s services. Completely unprofessional, unorganized, and unethical while charging credit cards without authorization.
Absolutely horrible customer service - taking over a month to simply cancel my membership - horrible management
