My wife booked an appointment and within the 24 hours she cancels it and wanted to reschedule as she had an irritation occurred on her face. It states if you have an irritation to not show up. She canceled leaving a voicemail as they were not open yet. She waited for a callback but nothing. She called them back and pretty much was told she would need to pay $100. For cancellation within 24 hours of booking the appointment. This location is a joke and has no customer service whatsoever. I will never again purchase a gift card... read more

I have been a massage envy client for over 7 years. At this particular location I became a client over four years ago. I had accumulated many hours which I can't use due to being told numerous times they are booked for the slots I was interested in which doesn't help at all when I am in pain and no slots available. I got tired of calling to schedule an appointment due to having no availability.
