I have been a massage envy client for over 7 years. At this particular location I became a client over four years ago. I had accumulated many hours which I can't use due to being told numerous times they are booked for the slots I was interested in which doesn't help at all when I am in pain and no slots available.
I got tired of calling to schedule an appointment due to having no availability. Yesterday October 13th 2002 I called in and asked for an early appointment again for 8 or 9 AM and day in the next ten days and was told, no slots available. I asked to speak to the owner and was told the owner isn't available however there is a manager I could speak to. I agreed and was transferred to Chelsea . I expressed to Chelsea the frustration I had with not being able to book an appointment when I am hurting, asking her how good is it to have few hours piled up if I can't use them when I need it, at my convenience. She was very rude and had an attitude, telling me she's always at the front desk, and that she never spoke to me because I never called asking for an appointment, then she hag up the phone on me. I called again and another Chelsea picked up the phone stating this is Chelsea, I asked her why did you hang up the phone on me, she said that was another Chelsea, then she explained that she's the manager and the other Chelsea is the assistant manager, so I asked why did the assistant manager hang up on me, she stated that Chelsea told her that I yelled at her which is a lie just like the I never called for an appointment lie. Chelsea obviously is a liar. Needless to say, I asked Chelsea the manager which was rude as well, actually extra rude, worse than the first Chelsea, to book an appointment and she told me that there are no slots available, and then she added not for at least one month and a half, then she told me that she had to go because she was busy and doesn't have the time for me. I asked to speak to the owner and she told me the owner is never around. Both Chelsea's were rude, ignorant, disrespectful, pushy, irritating, lacked communication skills, have no clue on how to resolve a schedule issue, instead of being helpful, serving, understanding and solving the lack of appointment slots availability. If I were the owner of this Massage Envy I would fire them both for their attitudes at a minimum. The phone personnel is the first impression of all businesses. I sure don't ENVY MASSAGE ENVY for having ignorant personnel.
