I have been a member of Massage Envy for around ten years now. The staff members at the TV Highway location in Hillsboro, Oregon consistently do an outstanding job! The front desk staff are always courteous and knowledgeable. If you are looking for an exceptionally knowledgeable massage therapist with lots of experience ask for Penny, she really knows her stuff!
Greedy, Shady, and Dishonest I signed up for a monthly membership with Massage Envy knowing that according to their contract I would be released from the commitment if I were ever to move to an area that had no Massage Envy location. 7 months ago I did just that. I called up the Massage Envy in Bend and asked what I needed to do to cancel my contract, the manager told me that my phone call would suffice and my account would be cancelled. 3 months ago money began coming out of my checking account again, and when I called to f... read more
