Horrible customer service, never enough therapists and they are constantly quitting, quite aggravating when you finally find one you like, which is hard to find at this location anyway
Myself and my wife signed up for a couples massage package at the grovecity location. It was a one year membership and 17 months has went by now they are still taking money from our account. We signed up February of 2020. We have not received services to date for the money they are taking. Totalling $1920. They cancel when we make appointments and it takes months to get appointments.
