Hey massage envy, why won’t you let me cancel my account without speaking to a manager first? I work in a hospital, can’t grab the phone when it’s convenient for your manager. Buyer beware, they’ll try to suck every dime out of you, cancel appointments, can’t retain staff so you are constantly trying out new therapists. Very unhappy.

Convenience, comfort and peace. I enjoy visiting this location because it's close to where I live. I usually have good massages. Recently, I've been able to see a wonderful therapist - Leah - and she has been amazing. I tell my friends about Massage Envy all the time.
