I don’t typically leave negative reviews, as I understand running a business is not easy, but my experience has been extremely frustrating. I’ve been a member for about six months, and during that time, the constant rescheduling of appointments has been overwhelming. Despite paying the monthly fee, my appointments were often moved to times I could not attend, leaving me paying for services I never received. On top of that, I had a massage that was so harsh it left me in pain, and I am now in physical therapy for neck issues ... read more
The services are fine... My therapist called out and instead of saying sorry they called out they just rescheduled my appointment without saying I would be with someone else. I try and stay with the same therapist and if I was told I would have someone else I wouldn't of accepted the appointment. Nothing wrong with the therapist I had but with the front desk operations.
Front desk is horrible! I got hung up on 3 times. Then they just stopped answering the phone. Moving on to a different location!
