Johnathan is an amazing masseuse. Selfishly, I don’t want to tell everyone so he won’t be too busy to get me in, but he deserves a shout out! 10/10 recommend.
Review of Massage Envy East (1886 Joe Battle, El Paso): I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The facility is dirty, as shown in the photos I took, which is not what you would expect from a place that promotes health, wellness, and relaxation. When I arrived, I waited about 10 minutes before being greeted because only one employee was working the front desk and was tied up on the phone. Did not receive all the treatment that was shown when booked online.... that is frustrating! The girl was nice and very knowledgeable but definitely not worth $120... and if you think your getting it for $70 THINK AGAIN because Lubbock does not honor the online pricing. Best thing to do is probably call them before booking to get accurate pricing so you are not surprised like I was when they gave me my total.
