Showed up early for my appt. My massage guy was 15 minutes late. Made an excuse for not doing my massage. Receptionist confirmed he was wrong but I didn't feel comfortable doing the massage. He seemed to not want to do it like he was tired or hung over. Very bad experience.

Had a horrible experience! Getting an appointment and keeping it has been a disaster! They canceled on my first appointment and it took the 2 weeks before they could get me back in. So, I show up to my appointment 20 minutes early and they had my appointment set up at the wrong location. I rush to the other location and they tell me they are shorting my time!
