RecommendedThe service I received today was exceptional from the manager, Angela and all throughout my services. My massage therapist, Meka, was exactly what I requested and so was my esthetician, Ashley. I am so thankful the Eagan clinic is reopened and fully prepared to provide the highest level of service even with all of the covid 19 circumstances we've all been faced with. If you're in need of a massage or facial this is where you want to go. You'll be glad you did!!

Massage Envy - stay away from this business. Shady practices and awful customer service. A place that doesn't let you out of a 12 month contract, three months in when you're dissatisfied with the service and policies. It is not as if they have staffed out for a year. Unscrupulous.
Absolutely unsatisfactory service. Since day one. Had issues with massage therapist up and quitting on the day of my service. Were unable to assist with a new appointment for over a month and then today went for my appointment only to find out the location was closed. No warning, no call, no nothing!! Unhappy with Massage Envy completely!!
My therapist was great but the location closed without telling anyone. What kind of “services” are you “providing?” I guess I’m out o months of $65. A discount for nothing. Lose to home? Do you eat mileage at $.52 a mile of my plan?
I booked a membership here and had NOTHING but problems. Can’t get a hold of anyone to make an Appointment. When I finally got through they were fully booked and couldn’t make an appointment. You have to make one two months in advance. Terrible customer service. No one seems to have any answers to my questions. Called to make an appointment today and now the location is temporarily closed. DONE with this place.
My masseuse was late to start off. She had terrible bedside manner. She was not friendly at all. She made me feel very uncomfortable. This is my second bad experience at a ME. My husband bought me a gift card and after speaking with Diane, Clinic Administrator, she will not reimburse me for the large amount of the gift card. She did not even apologize for the bad service. I would not put myself in that uncomfortable situation again and all she tried to do was convince me to use a different masseuse or get a facial. Very disa... read more
Andrea gave me the best facial ever. She was so professional and answered any questions I had! She also gave me some tips. Highly recommend her!
I called to make an appointment...put on hold for 10 minutes and was then sent to voice mail. I called back same thing! Great customer service...NOT!!!
