Buyers beware - If you are planning to purchase a Massage Envy gift card to give to someone, make sure it will be wanted/welcomed. I purchased a $150 card for a Christmas gift, which was unwanted, and tried to return it within 24 hours and discovered Massage Envy will not accept returns of any sort. Steer Clear I made an appointment for 4 o'clock today. Somehow, they scheduled me for a Wednesday at 6:30. That's fine, people make mistakes. Whether it was a mistake or just incompetence warrants some kind of restitution for loss of time or, at the very least, an apology. I was given neither and for this reason I went to the trouble of writing this and many other crappy reviews because I had an hour to kill thanks to Massage Envy Draper. Steer clear.

This place has sadly become a terrible place of business! I have been a member for years, and am now unable to book an appointment unless I plan for 3 months out! I understand they are having staffing issues, as two of my therapists left for better paying jobs. It's ridiculous to be paying for a monthly membership when you can't get even one treatment scheduled, so I've been trying to cancel over the last month and they are not returning my calls!! The front office is terrible and extremely rude. No one ever answers the phone and when they do they don’t care about the customer experience. To speak with a manager regarding my account takes 1-2 weeks since she is so busy. What about the customer?? They obviously don’t care about that. DONT use them.
