I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for weeks due to my financial circumstances changing and it has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve called, emailed guest services, WENT STRAIGHT TO THE LOCATION TO REQUEST THE CANCELLATION at which point I was sure I was going to be able to cancel it on the spot, and NO! They said they’d email me some forms to fill in, which they never did. I seriously cannot keep paying these bills and you guys have made this experience the absolute worst guest service experience ever.

I just left from getting my massage done by Britney, omg I cannot event describe with words how amazing she is! Super professional, clean, ready, friendly and super sweet. The location is extremely neat and well equipped. I can’t wait to go back and see her and get the same kind of massage of even something better! I recommend her and this place 1,000%! Thank you!!!!!
Staff is very nice, friendly and the therapists are very good.
Charged me $90 for a missed appointment I can understand $20-30 but $90 that’s crazy this place is a complete rip off and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!!
