A single word could describe this place. "Crooks." They definitely are shady as far as their business dealings. SO BEWARE. Upon signing up, they had initially told me I could do a 6 month plan or 1 year. Then said, they weren't sure if the year option was still available. I had told them I just wanted 6 months. To only put me down for 6 months. I told them this WHILE I SIGNED UP. I expected it to end in October. I could not give a zero review thus I was forced to give a 1. This massage envy location is the worst I've encountered, the staff never knows what's going on among themselves, they are careless and rude at times with a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. If you come across any issues don't even bother taking it up to management, they'll give you the run around everyday from she's either on a long break to she didn't come to work today and anything else they can think of.
