Only put 1 star because i have to. I reported that the massage therapist had not adhered to the pressure asked for in my massage and she pressed so hard she made bruises on my body. Even with several times i told her it hurt. She said it was for my benefit. I did not leave in the middle because i did not know what to do in the situation. WALK AWAY! Unprofessional! During covid, I was charged monthly, while they were closed. I had several conversations and exchanged several emails with management. I made it extremely clear that I wanted my membership canceled. I was told several time that this would be taken care of, yet...I was charged again. Seriously... how can anyone be so dishonest. It's very clear that they don't value customer service.
