Be carefully, Mindy the “owner” who will only give you her first name does not take inclement weather into consideration of cancellation. Extremely rude when trying to reschedule as the snow changes over 4 hours earlier than expected for today’s for 18-24” of snow expected. Completely unprofessional conversation and have already contacted Massage Envy Corporate for this unprofessional first encounter. She owns Dover, Concord, and Christiana.
Like many others have already stated — STOP! DON’T PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION! This owner and managers at this location are quick to take your money, but lack basic professionalism and customer service. Communication is poor, and administration does not know how to properly address or resolve concerns. There is a clear disconnect between collecting payments and providing quality service.
Member price for 60 minute massage is $75 and yet the rude lady in the front tried to make you pay tip for non member price of $145 for one of the worst massages I ever gotten. I checked my statement and they charged me twice on two different dates. Stay away
Stop. DO not patronize this massage envy. I have a $200 gift card. I scheduled an appointment for $89 service. This establishment had the audacity to call me two hours before my appointment, insisting I give them my credit card number I asked why ? I was told to ensure I was show up. Why do you really want my credit card number.? Thank God, there are other massage envy that I can pick from that don’t have the same shady policy. very, very shady. don’t do it people
it was my first time ever getting a massage. not going to lie i was little nervous because i had no idea what to expect. but starr was absolutely amazing!! she made me feel so relaxed and was able to assess my problem areas. her energy was great and the conversation was also great, we clicked almost right away! (it’s a virgo thing i guess) 10 out of 10 experience! will definitely be coming back. thank you starr!!
