Stop. DO not patronize this massage envy. I have a $200 gift card. I scheduled an appointment for $89 service. This establishment had the audacity to call me two hours before my appointment, insisting I give them my credit card number I asked why ? I was told to ensure I was show up. Why do you really want my credit card number.? Thank God, there are other massage envy that I can pick from that don’t have the same shady policy. very, very shady. don’t do it people
it was my first time ever getting a massage. not going to lie i was little nervous because i had no idea what to expect. but starr was absolutely amazing!! she made me feel so relaxed and was able to assess my problem areas. her energy was great and the conversation was also great, we clicked almost right away! (it’s a virgo thing i guess) 10 out of 10 experience! will definitely be coming back. thank you starr!!

Michael was amazing! He really explained the mechanics of the body and how some of my hip problems are related to my shoulders and neck. Not only did he do a great massage but he also did some deep stretching that really helped with my tension.
Brian is a fantastic masseuse! He knew where my pain points were and provided much needed relief. This is my second time at Massage Envy and both times the lady at the front was super pushy with the rewards program. I know it’s a better deal but only if you can book a time that fits your schedule, which is never available for me. I’ve taken time off work twice because times are so limited. I probably won’t be back for those reasons even though Brian was the best massage I’ve had in a while.
