Worked here 1 day, after 1st session I came into break room and 2 Therapists were at each others throats yelling and cussing about to go to blows. After completing my lunch break I again was in break room and a Therapist was boohoo crying angry/upset/hurt feelings over something. Only reason I stayed to finish my last 2 appointments was because I felt bad for the upcoming clients missing out on their massage, after all it wasn't their fault. Incompetent front of house staff.. Never confirmed who I was, and was billing the wrong person for my service! Might I add, that person is from Florida not Colorado! (back to confirmation...) I'm a member, and the 1st time I called, I told them I was a member and she booked me as a new client and the wrong phone number! Masseuses are great, clerical staff.... Not so much. I recommend going to Tiffany Plaza or LoDo locations so your billed correctly
