Literally from the moment I entered the door it was enjoyable. The 2 women at the front desk ( I didn’t get their names ) the massage therapist Blake and even the owner was there and very attentive to everyone’s needs and just so dang friendly.. and actually genuine, which is hard to come across in the customer service field. The actual service I would say more a 4.5 since it was my first time. However, the owner Alex was exceptionally attentive considering she was the owner. Typically in my past experiences, owners are not in the front line so I was quite impressed that she was a hands on business owner. Friendly, funny, professional, passionate and very easy to talk to.
