My appointment was cancelled 30 minutes before I was scheduled, since they opened at 10, why such short notice before my 1130 appointment.. I was offered a weekday and a Saturday which suited their needs, not mine. I clearly wanted a Sunday. Very unprofessional not to have a back up plan for the day if the therapist is “sick”. This set a terrible tone on a first visit.
Very disappointed in hearing how management chose to part ways with one of their best estheticians… Unprofessional, and hurtful to say the least. Hoping they choose to do better in the future.
