I’ve been a member for a year and have enjoyed Magnolia so much. She’s so kind and attentive. The front staff have been incredibly lovely to me.
I’ve been a client here for about 14 years. I’ve had a few masseurs during that time. Currently, my go-to masseur is Tom. He’s way-beyond excellent. I’ve had many-a-session with him. I get knots in my shoulders, neck, and calves. He gets in there, warms up the area and slowly breaks down the knots. When I’ve tweaked my back or had a dose of sciatica, he’s really helped me to speed the healing process. The therapists are decent once you try a few people out for fit, but the policies and management are horrendous. After visiting this location for the past 4 months, I was informed while checking out after my massage today that I would be charged an $8 “transfer fee”. Why? Because the contract I was locked into for a year had me paying $75 a month and Massage Envy subsequently raised prices to $80.
