I'm sure the employees are great but the owner is anti-Montana and anti-customer service. The owner, Ashley Zemlick, out of Miles City, who is likely not from Montana given her lack of kindness and customer service. She acts like a petulant Californian at best. I booked a massage and then had to cancel because I was able to get a last minute opening of a booster shot. I was a new, brand new customer and she refused to let me cancel my appointment.
