an hour ago-NEW The inmates are running the jail!! Iam saying this just to say it seems the support staff, NOT the manager are making illegal decisions/demands of clients! How can you bill people during this time. That is so bad. Please refund immediately
I have several massages over the years and this was by far my worst experience ever. I could not wait until it was over. I emailed the company about my experience and never got a response.
The folks at the front desk really have no idea what they are doing. When they call and speak with you they take notes of the conversation so you get a phone call a few days later, minutes before your appointment, to verify information that was previously discussed. I would not recommend this place if you wanted a quality environment or friendly staff.
I love this place. They had a rocky start with the new owners taking over and trying to get quality staff. But now that they have worked out the kinks, it is so much better! I have had quite a few different massage therapist and facials and I have really enjoyed each person.
I received a gift card and I made an appt over the phone. It was booked incorrectly (60 rather than 90) and just overall was not a good experience (my cell number got linked to a person with same name and it made it appear that I was signed up for a membership). When I called and spoke with a manager she offered to rebook for the correct amount of time for a minimal charge. My check in/check out today was quick, easy and very professional.
