I have been a member of Massage Envy for 1.5 years. For about 10 days I have been trying to book a facial or a dermaplane with Massage Envy in Bellevue on Hwy. 100. There are few if any appointments available. I even agree to go to the Belle Meade location but still cannot get an appointment. The excuse is there is training going on or so and so does not work then or is booked up. This is a luxury and should not be stressful. I am being charged every month on my credit card! I am unhappy about the whole thing.
