A friend gifted me a massage and was told it could be used after his account closure at anytime. I made an appointment to use the massage and was told prior to receiving service that my massage was covered 100%. It wasn’t until over an hour later when my massage was finished that the very unprofessional receptionist informed me that it was not NOT covered and I was being charged due to the friend’s account being closed. This place is very professional and very kind. My first time and they were patient and treated me with such respect. Winston really took care of me and he really knew what he was doing since I have a few injuries and surgeries.
