Apex Terrible staff customer service, no compassion and lack concern in the middle of a pandemic. They are penalizing people that could not go doing the pandemic with prepaid memberships. They stole massages from people that did not go when they were closed and literally do not feel like that is wrong. Do not use this place. They charge for a 90 minute massage. This means 5 minutes to undress , 5 minutes to dress and 80 minutes of hands on. The problem is you never get 80 minutes. They wander in between 7 or 8 minutes. Then there are the water breaks, bathroom break. ran out of lotion. Then you have to listen to her talk, talk. Nomatter what happens the massage ends at the scheduled time. Then there are the sale pitches for extra payment but still part of the 80 minute on hands.
