I came in 15 minutes late for my appointment and the facial therapist cancelled my appointment and charged me for the service. I told the manager I have waited for your rooms to be ready and your therapist to regroup 15 minutes and 20 minutes. This accommodation and generous understanding have to work both ways not just one way. RecommendedShannon did amazing. I've been to many massage envys, and I've been to this one two other times. request Shannon, she's been hands down the best. Communicated very well and ahad the perfect amount of pressure. she really seemed to get a read on my needs from our shirt pre massage talk and focused on the needed areas perfect. Already booked my next one with her and this will become a regular thing

This company(this location and Winter Garden) literally stole over 1000+$(20+ massages) from my wife and I, whom had been long standing members, due to a mix up and error when switching/updating their system, supposedly. It's been almost 6months since they "lost" our massages and was told they were working on getting them back only to tell us they lost them and cannot do anything about it. Our lawyer will be getting involved. DO NOT START A MEMBERSHIP w/ this business.

I can never get an appointment with them! My husband has literally invested hundreds of dollars in money in gift cards. I have been trying to get in since Feb!! I guess I have to plan a month in advance? That's ridiculous!!
