Awful massage and Awful Owner!! I had a massage on memorial day and it was beyond awful, I ended up crying afterward just because I was beyond disappointed. The manager could not do anything because she said she did not have authority without the owners say, so she emailed her that day. I called and left a message the following day...I called them again Wednesday morning and the excuse was we have not heard from the owner yet because she is an RN and has children. Rachel is fantastic! John does a great massage too! I have been a member for 5 years. I added the enhanced muscle therapy treatment (which was free for my birthday month), but for $10 more, I will continue to add that to my treatments. It was AWESOME!
