Terrible customer service. Over charged with no concern for what they quoted. Over promise and under deliver.
great service Same great prices as the other Massage Envy locations. The pricing is extremely affordable and great! The staff of massage therapists at this location is great. They are all trained and very professional and I've never had a bad experience. The staff up front is wonderful and so friendly. I would recommend this location and business to anyone looking for a great massage in the area.
Bait & Switch... or simply incompetent? ***Updated*** Wife went in for massage on Friday (9/2) and got an OK massage from Ken F, but when she went to use her gift certificate, the Clinic Administrator (Sherry H) said she could not accept it for payment, as "there was no way to enter it into the system". Top- Notch I have been a member at this location for about 2 years and there is a reason...it's fantastic. The therapists are all qualified and trained and I can usually get in within several hours of calling. The front staff is extremely helpful and they are always pleasant on the phone. I have read some of these reviews and am completely appalled at some of the things being said on here... (giving out phone numbers publicly?) For your company to continue to charge its customers during this pandemic is downright shameful! How can you in good conscience do that to people who are struggling?!
This company is a total scam. I have reached out to the Allen manager for call backs multiple times because they were still charging me when my account was on a freeze. Apparently the person working did not submit the freeze correctly. Never got a call back or an email. They transferred a massage and sent it to the wrong customer and I cannot contact them to get my credit back. Since Covid-19 they are still charging a membership fee when there is obviously no possible way to go in for a service. I emailed corporate two times... read more
