Repeated calls have been unreturned. Instead I have gotten threatening calls that if I did not restart my membership I would lose any credits I had that I wasn't able use because of COVID. I am not comfortable restarting my membership right now due to covid and this business DOES NOT CARE. If they did, they would have returned my repeated calls to discuss the concern. A massage is no way social distancing and I am not comfortable engaging in a service that could be detrimental to my health.
Massage Envy - stay away from this business. Shady practices and awful customer service. A place that doesn't let you out of a 12 month contract, three months in when you're dissatisfied with the service and policies. It is not as if they have staffed out for a year. Unscrupulous.
The program is a scam, don’t use it!
Vika is amazing! She is able to get deep and help work out knots. I tried the stretch for the first time too and really enjoyed it. I also know the owner is a super great guy and that gives me even more reason to go to this location!
My massage therapist Michelle is fantastic! She does a great job getting all my knots out..
