Only reason for 4 stars is because they need more massage therapists! It’s incredible hard to get an appointment unless you book 2 weeks ahead.
This place is the worst! My husband and I have been members for about 17 years, and we are ready to cancel our membership. The staff turnover is very high, and the front desk staff are very unprofessional and they just don't care. Last month I had a stretch appointment at the Dedham location, which is part of this franchise. I had been seeing the same therapist for months, and he was great. First time here. Excellent reception staff, all safety protocols in place. Clean.
I went in today for a 90 minute massage with Pamela and she was wonderful. I have a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and she did a great job of working out the kinks. I sometimes feel like I have to choose between working out the knots or relaxing during a massage and Pamela managed to do both and I left feeling like new. I’ll be back to see her!
Misinformation about membership. Had to call numerous times for the manager to call me back. Would never recommend this place to anyone. The manager later resolved the issue .
