The facility was clean and the staff were welcoming. The massage itself was okay, but the pressure was inconsistent throughout the session. Not bad, but I've had better treatments elsewhere.
Ive been with massage envy 4 and half years... I have dozens of massages that I prepaid for through their membership program. They are now refusing to honor those massages that were paid for but service not yet rendered. Just talked to one of the franchise owners... according to him "there is no corporate" he's the corporate office...I think his words were "I'm corporate, me". I had a massage here. I’m in the waiting room and the front staff are laughing and talking loud for 15 min. What is the purpose of the quiet room? I cancelled my other appointments there. Will look elsewhere. As I type this, they are still laughing and joking. Completely oblivious. They must think this is a bar.
