I had a massage here. I’m in the waiting room and the front staff are laughing and talking loud for 15 min. What is the purpose of the quiet room? I cancelled my other appointments there. Will look elsewhere. As I type this, they are still laughing and joking. Completely oblivious. They must think this is a bar.

Very relaxing environment. Anna was the therapist which took good care of me recommended
My masseur is Fantastic. However check your billing I won't trust them again. I have just learned there is a Class Action Lawsuit against massage envy for making it difficult to cancel your membership. I am dealing with this right now. Stay away from these type of people.
