I am so upset with the horrible service this place gave me. I made an appointment for Mother's Day for my mother. My mom was so excited for her. 2 he massage & when I made an appointment with the MANAGER Crystal I asked if my massage therapist was a women. I wanted to make sure because 1 she didn't ask me & 2 I know my mom would be uncomfortable if it was a male. Crystale confirmed a women & on the day of the massage it was a MALE.
