Dezzy was one of the hardest massages I've ever had, she was excellent. Unfortunately I had a bunged up nose so sniffled a lot during it but she was kind and offered a mint to help me breathe while my head was down. She also gave me a info sheet to take home to improve my stretching
Long term member here, I started traveling and was told I need to pay more in other massage envy's due to a market rate change. Danny the general manager was condescending trying to justify how this is not explained when you sign up. I requested to cancel and she said I was just charged yesterday so I still have 1 credit to use that expires in 60 days. I asked to cancel the charge, she said she couldn't that I would just lose the credit when it expires and theres nothing I can do, no one else to talk to and theres no solutio... read more
Assumtive responses that blame a patron for a bad experience doesn't help improve anyone's experience.
I’ve been getting massages with Lezaya for over 3-4 months now- she’s just awesome! Her service has also been really consistent over these few months and I usually sleep like a baby afterwards :)
Heather was amazing, she was knowledgeable and took the time to assess my skin and explain what she was doing throughout the treatment!
