This was the worst experience I have had in customer service. I tried to get a refund for a gift card I purchased the day before and I was told there is no such thing as a gift card refund. I was repeatedly told that their policy is written and clearly stated. As I was talking with the "manager," I mentioned that it was not stated on any counter, product, flyer anywhere in the office or mentioned to me prior to purchase. I've had back pain for the last 3 years. Since I have been going to Massage Envy my back pain has virtually disappeared. Every therapist I have been to has been very knowledgable and skilled.
